Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund may be issued at Ozpeplabs discretion unless there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful or prohibited use.

Purchaser Eligibility

By purchasing from Ozpeplabs, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Have access to suitable laboratory facilities and equipment;
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) obligations relating to the handling, storage, and disposal of research materials.

Any misrepresentation of qualifications, credentials, or intended use may result in order cancellation and refusal of future sales.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is processed, packed, or dispatched.

Ozpeplabs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

Ozpeplabs currently ships within Australia only.

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party courier or postal service:

  • Risk and responsibility for the shipment pass to the purchaser;
  • Ozpeplabs is not liable for courier delays, delivery interruptions, loss, theft, confiscation, or damage occurring during transit;
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Additional costs arising from incorrect delivery details may be charged to the purchaser.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the specialised nature of research products, all sales are considered final.

Ozpeplabs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or improper handling, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, tampered with, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Nothing within these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
