Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the specialised nature of our products, OzPepLabs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or improper handling, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance reasons, all sales are considered final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@ozpeplabs.co and provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item(s).
Upon verification of the issue, OzPepLabs will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Products that have been opened, reconstituted, tampered with, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or recalled.
